    Called to see if I could book my car in for a challenging fault, that two other garages had struggled to identify and correct. Given some free basic advice, and it workedLove that the focus was on delivering great service and outcome rather than financial. Makes such a refreshing change. Thank you!

    I had such brilliant service by them . I was badly let down by another company with regards to changing my car and they were amazing and dealt with getting another brand new car for me by the very next week. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept in touch during that week - sent multiple emails so i knew what was going on. I would highly recommend this place. They totally deserve the 5 star i have given them . Thank you Bartletts for an amazing service and to Steve for being 100% brilliant

    I consistently award a five-star rating. Since my vehicle purchase from SEAT in 2021, and for all subsequent MOTs and servicing, their team has consistently demonstrated exceptional accommodation regarding drop-off and collection arrangements. They have always proactively contacted me to confirm appointments and address any potential issues, which have been infrequent. The welcome extended by all staff in both the workshop and showroom has consistently been warm and professional.

    Absolutely wonderful! Nothing is too much trouble for these kind, friendly, knowledgeable people. They were so helpful when I was in difficulties, and I have now bought a lovely car from them. The purchase process is so comfortable, all explained and demonstrated with no pressure, and you feel confident to look at everything and ask questions. The car was beautifully prepared and it feels just right for me. My heartfelt thanks to a truly exceptional team - you are stars!

    We purchased a seat Ibiza, this process was easy and a good experience. I highlighted some faults with the car on the test drive and was assured these would be addressed. We collected the car and I has suspicions that the faults hadn’t been addressed, I took the car to the service centre who told me that’s just how they are, I still wasn’t convinced. I was unfortunately correct, we done our first long drive in the car and it came up with an engine light and wasn’t quite right, this is where the service went completely downhill, I called the showroom and was told I’d get a call back, this happened around 6 hours later! I called the service centre and they told me it was ok to drive home, so we did and it was ok. It was then returned to seat for investigation, they did lend us a car but they had our Ibiza for 2 weeks without being able to repair it. We then wanted to reject the car, they wouldn’t refund the Ibiza so we were then forced into a car that was out of our budget and stretched my finances, but we didn’t feel we had much of a choice other than to go for it. I must add that the service up to the point of purchasing the car was very good, once we’d actually paid for the car the service went down hill massively, I had to chase the salesman repeatedly for answers, promised calls back that either didn’t come or took hours and sometimes days. They were always polite and appeared helpful when we did eventually speak to somebody.

    I went here to buy my new car, it was the first car I had bought myself. Stuart was very helpful, didn’t make me feel stupid and the car I chose was in fantastic condition when I picked it up. Amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

    Excellent service every time! Had a small issue with my Leon recently and Callum couldn’t have been more helpful. The service here is always excellent from the whole team and can not fault them one bit. Car was booked in quickly and fixed with no hassle or stress. Big thanks to Callum for sorting this out!

    So bought a used formenter in December, had an issue with central locking and noisy brakes.These were all sorted over 3 days last week Phil in the service department was very helpful and professional, thankyou

    Had three SEAT cars over recent years and have always used Bartletts for any issues and servicing etc. Only real negative is the parking can be fairly challenging on site (as is the case with most these days) Staff are always pleasant and give an approximate time frame for servicing etc. I did enquire earlier in the year about another SEAT car on PCP but sales seemed rather indifferent when I asked about this. Anyway after years of SEAT I have decided to trade my current one in and move to a different manufacturer (mainly due to the very uncertain future for the brand which could possibly affect residuals etc) Thanks for all your help. The dealership is an asset to the brand.

    I was not even planning to get a car that day. Decided to have a look around, saw a really good used car, in great condition. Chris went through details with me in a very kind way. No pressure felt at all like I was being sold a car. Had a great experience. Fast forward, I went home with the car. Very good experience.

    Great service received when recently purchasing a S/H vehicle, kept advised throughout to when it had been serviced, MOTed, valeted etc and when ready to collect. On the day itself the part ex was dealt with efficiently and I was run through all the controls etc. Would recommend.
