Great service received when recently purchasing a S/H vehicle, kept advised throughout to when it had been serviced, MOTed, valeted etc and when ready to collect. On the day itself the part ex was dealt with efficiently and I was run through all the controls etc. Would recommend.

Purchased a used approved Cupra Formentor and travelled from Essex. No complaints about the service provided by Steve and colleagues. Car was well presented and post sales he has been responsive and very helpful, answering a few queries and also supply some minor parts on a complimentary basis.

Good service, friendly staff. Purchased two SEATs from Bartletts in the past and use them for all the servicing. Shame there isn't a dealer in Eastbourne as it's a bit of a hassle going to Hastings, but that's not their fault.

Very friendly staff, but site is far too small for what it is being used for. Very difficult to find parking and showroom cramped. However, they have a fantastic display of vehicles that seem very good quality and value for money. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Decent cars and helpful staff on site. Not sure whether we will end up buying a Seat but I would certainly buy from here if the car and price were right. Customer parking was scarce when I visited but that's the only negative thing I've got to say.

A SEAT Dealership, they do everything you'd expect of a major outlet but better. It's always the little details like being offered a cup of tea and the offer of a 'collect and deliver' service for the MOT. I highly recommend this group and the staff are excellent.
